This is the standard  Plant 2-pulley model with 12” stroke and is in good order apart from the fact that the base is from another Plant machine and two of the bolt holes are slightly out of alignment.  This is a simple problem for a competent turner to fix and requires merely that the holes be plugged and re-drilled and tapped.
